A Little Introduction!

Hello Everyone and Welcome to my new blog! I’m really excited to be writing my first post and thought it would be a nice idea to kick-start it with a little introduction - so here goes!

I’m Sarah, a bridal hair and make up artist and mobile hairdresser in Sutton Coldfield. After relocating here from Brighton in October with my dog, Gary (the cutest Border Terrier in the world) we are totally new to the area and can’t wait to get out and explore more of our local surroundings! Lockdown hasn’t made it the easiest time for getting to know the area although since some restrictions were lifted last week I’ve met a few of my first clients in Sutton Coldfield which was lovely and I’m very grateful for the warm welcome I’ve received so far!

I also can’t wait for weddings to resume as they were before Covid and meet my midlands brides who have already booked with me for their summer 2021 weddings (yay!) - I absolutely love everything about weddings (more on this in a future post!) and am so excited to visit some of the gorgeous venues here! I also can’t wait to see brides, grooms and guests celebrate again like they did before & will be so happy when this day finally arrives!

I felt really lucky recently to get involved in a photoshoot with Grace from https://www.graceameliaphotography.com/ who was happy to show me around Digbeth and take some awesome photos near the Custard Factory! It was super fun seeing somewhere new, all the independent shops, cools bars and colourful grafitti (which Grace captured amazingly in her photos!) and I can’t wait to see the city when everything is back open again!
